Visions Alive – Grade 6 visits Art Exhibition

Grade 6A and 6B art classes visited From Monet to Kandinsky.Visions Alive at the Alte Münze in Berlin, a multimedia show showcasing the work of artists from the Modern Art movement, whose works are projected through deconstructions and animations on gigantic walls accompanied to classical music.

Viewers can cosily lie on the floor or on large pillows and engage in a journey of the senses and the imagination. “This ties in perfectly with the current unit on landscape and impressionism”, noted 6th Grade art teacher Mr. Dulloo, “… and I’m confident they will be positively inspired as they work on their upcoming painting project.”, he said.
