To BlogThe students of the 10th grade complete the “Mittlerer Schulabschluss” (MSA) of the state of Berlin.
The Mittlerer Schulabschluss (MSA) consists of two parts: On the one hand, the year-end grades of grade 10 are used, and on the other hand, there are written and oral examinations. Our students are tested in writing in the subjects German, Mathematics and English. Students who have spent less than two school years at a German school can, on application, replace the German examination with an English Science examination. Further examinations are an oral examination in English and a so-called presentation examination. In the presentation exam, students give a presentation on a topic of their choice.
According to the regulations of the Land Berlin, successful completion of the MSA examinations is a prerequisite for students to be able to enter the upper school.
