One World Many Voices II

7th February, 2017

For the second time on February 9 at 6 pm the Berlin Cosmopolitan School’s “Open Community Club” (OCC) hosts an event in support of the Refugee Community here in Berlin. This event intends to celebrate diversity in this city and supports the idea of creating an artistic network for those who ended up in Berlin to escape the troubles they had in their home countries.

Young musicians from the Berlin Cosmopolitan School are teaming up with children from some of the Refugee Centers in Berlin, to present their skills to an audience in the wonderful Grüner Salon at the Volksbühne in Berlin Mitte.

This concert will feature a group of children and adolescents brought together by the initiative “Mit-Mach-Musik”, that aims to help integrate refugee children through music. A singer/songwriter from Ireland, a Folk Duo from England, Rockbands from the BCS and a few more young talents will make sure that this evening will be remembered as an evening of fun music and solidarity.

Food and entry fee is on donation. All profits will go towards the refugee Initiative: “Mit-Mach-Musik”

This is an all ages, tastes, colors and cultures welcome event!
