Daniel Barenboim visits BCS

On March 7th, the world famous pianist, conductor and general music director of the Staatsoper and Staatskapelle Berlin, Daniel Barenboim, came to visit our school.

Mr Barenboim had heard of the Berlin Cosmopolitan School’s love for music and Ms Wende told him all about the extensive music programme of our Primary and Secondary School. He seemed to be very impressed with the fact that all students are involved in music as well as the great variety of instruments our school has to offer.

We feel deeply honored that Mr Barenboim took the time to visit our school.
