Berlin Cosmopolitan School Science Department – Group 4 project

During two days in September, our grade 12 students participated in the Group 4 project, organized by teachers of our Science Department, Mr. Stickley, Dr. Nehnevajova and Mr. Wächtler.

The Group 4 project is a collaborative project where students in Biology, Chemistry and Physics work in teams on a scientific or technological topic. The project encourages an understanding of the relationship between scientific disciplines and the overarching nature of scientific methods.

On the first day, the students designed their own experiments which were carried out in the science laboratory. On the second day, they processed, analyzed and presented obtained findings.

Throughout the project, our students showed a high level of competence and self motivation.
