Great Work from our Art Students

Grade 8 are learning how to depict colour and texture in drawing, as part of their current surrealism project of Art, with Ms. Clough. The classes have researched and explored the cultural context of surrealism, to understand how these artists used findings psychology to challenge social and political thinking at the time. 

To show you the work, we have put together a selection of outstanding drawings from Maja, Aria, Guadalupe and Jerome. All of the Year 8 art students have produced very good work. We look forward to their further artistic developments!
