Basketball team’s trip to Taiwan

Short report from our students:

Taiwan was a very fun and interesting trip, much different than trips done before. Taipei is not like many other places that you can visit. We got to experience not just the tourist attractions of Taipei, but the actual experience from someone around our age. We got to see the international school, learned about their day and what students like to do.

We really got to know the students there, and meeting them again to do a workshop together creating peanut dessert. Together we travelled around the city which helped us to better understand the culture and the way people think. This trip was a unique first hand cultural experience – not all visitors have a chance to share.
