Mixed media video and animation project
The Starlings Preschool group enjoyed learning how to make mixed media videos and flip book animations as part of a 3-day vacation project.
Divided into two teams, they took photographs of their chosen locations and each other. The teams then created their own 3D background stages, drew puppets representing each child and developed scenes that showed how they would move and sound while playing. Stills from the resulting videos where further used to make flip book animations. The videos:
