Congratulations! Two students from our IB grads of 2017 scored in the top 1% worldwide!  

Grade 9 are currently practicing principles of speed and weight in animation, before embarking on longer animations to present to grade 10 at the end of term. These exciting and excellent examples "Houston We have a Problem" and  "Good Boi's lucky Dai" are by our art star, Alyona!

For the first time our BCS students took part in the Bambini-Lauf and miniMarathon Berlin. It turned into a fantastic experience for more than 30 students. Yesterday morning our Grades 6 went to the technical museum (Deutsches Technikmuseum) in Berlin-Kreuzberg together with their teachers, Mr Purdham and Mr Miwa to get an insight into the cultural history of technology. Last Friday, Grade 9b performed excerpts from William Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet in Gleisdreieck Park as part of their English unit on the play with Mr Thach. “Our thespians did extremely well and we are terribly proud of them”, said BCS teacher Mr Thach later on.
