Young perspectives, strong topics: Discover The Cosmopolitan #2/2026

The new issue of The Cosmopolitan (#2/2026) once again shows how diverse, critical and creative our students’ perspectives are on culture, society and school life.

From a powerful article on Bad Bunny’s Super Bowl halftime show and cultural diversity in the United States to critical insights into the world of K-pop and branded fashion, the new issue of The Cosmopolitan once again explores a wide range of thought-provoking topics. Social questions such as gender roles, expectations placed on girls, and the symbolic meaning of the colour pink are also reflected on in an impressive way.

Readers can also look forward to personal cultural and leisure recommendations – from lunch concerts at the Berlin Philharmonie and impressions from the Berlinale to spring activities in Berlin. The issue is complemented by fascinating articles on the Northern Lights, book bans and the role of libraries, a Teacher Spotlight with Madame Bion, an interview with BCS librarian Mr. Feldmann, and a compelling short story.

A varied and engaging issue that once again reflects the creativity, critical thinking, and curiosity of the BCS school community.
