“Jugend forscht” – Congratulations to Helena, grade 7

Our grade 7 student, Helena, participated in the contest of “Jugend forscht”, region Berlin-South that took place at the Wissenschafts- und Technologiepark Adlershof.

For her project “Preserving Oranges”, she was researching and experimenting how fast oranges degrade in different environmental conditions and how to preserve them best. Under the guidance of her biology teacher, Dr. Erika Nehnevajova, she prepared a very scientific presentation.

Helena was rewarded with the participation in a workshop at the Museum of Natural History.
