Book Presentation: Die Liebe ist ein Nashorn 

On February 14, children’s book author Ulrike “Uli” Leistenschneider visited Berlin Cosmopolitan School in order to present her novel: Die Liebe ist ein Nashorn (Kosmos Verlag: 2013). Apart from presenting her book, the author gave insights into her work as an author, editor and proof reader and described all steps leading up to a book being published.

Our grade 6 students clearly enjoyed this presentation and had many questions for the author, which were either related to the novel or the publishing process itself. However, there were also a few entertaining questions about the author and her relatives´ private addresses, which Uli fielded beautifully. A very enjoyable event!
