A-Level 12 students impress in Berliner Sparkasse’s stock market simulation game

Our Abitur 12 students Arved Janssen, Ben Schäfer and Kurt Küppner have proved themselves to be true investors. In the popular school competition organised by Berliner Sparkasse, in which over 2000 participants took part, the three of them achieved 5th place in the sustainability ranking with their clever investment strategy.

With an impressive portfolio value of €51,647 and a profit of €2,112, they proved that sound financial knowledge and strategic skill can also lead to outstanding results in practice. Their success in 2024, which will go down in history as a record year for the DAX despite geopolitical challenges, is particularly noteworthy. The performance of our students impressively demonstrates how innovative ideas and foresight can lead to sustainable success even under difficult market conditions.
