Welcome to the second year of the BCS Cosmovatorium!
The school year has just begun and already plenty of exciting music activity is happening in and around school.
We are starting this year’s series of concerts with two band-exchange Concerts in collaboration with the BBS (Berlin Bilingual School).
The first concert already happened at the BBS on Friday Sep. 19th and although the “Girlz” and “Machine Boys” had to play on equipment unknown to them, they did a great job rocking the hall al BBS.
The Second concert will take place on Friday Sep. 26 in the BCS Cafeteria. Surely our bands will be great hosts for our guests and play an outstanding show for our students. Please come and support our Rockbands!
We already started to plan the dates for all the casual concerts that will happen this year. The dates are available on the Cosmovatorium event link and on Moodle.
The “Lunch and Listen” concert series will be starting within the next two weeks as well. This Format gives students the chance to perform for their class – and schoolmates during lunchtime.
For those who need practice on their performing skills we will offer a “Casual Concert Masterclass”. This gives students the chance to perform in a more intimate environment before going on stage at a “BCS Casual Concert”.
The music team already started the planning for the BCS Christmas Show for primary and secondary students. The dates can be found on Moodle and the Cosmovatorium section as well.
Other upcoming events will be regularly posted in this section. We already look forward to the visit of Musikefterskole from Denmark and the 2nd edition of our concert collaboration with the Landesmusikrat: “Winners meet the Cosmos”
