Within the framework of a transitional arrangement and for the further development of our kindergarten we are looking for
two additional Managers (m/f/d) for the three-member management team of our kindergarten
Tasks:
- Co-leadership of an international kindergarten with professional parent communication and competent staff management
- Further development to a German-English excellence facility within Berlin
- Further development of the high-performance team
- Adherence to and implementation of BCS pedagogical standards
- Completion of written and oral communication in English and German with authorities and other stakeholders
- Observance and further development of the quality policy and the mission statement of BCS
- Close, professional and trustful cooperation with the management and the steering committee of BCS (focus on human resources, Berlin framework, facility, legal conditions and overall strategic issues)
professional qualifications:
- completed pedagogical studies (Master of Education)
- at least four years of professional experience in management or coordination tasks
- English and German language at C2 level
- experience in international high-profile institutions
- recognition as a specialist educator/related professional group by the Berlin Senate
basic personal skills:
- physical and mental stability, balance and patience
- positive attitude towards working with parents, children and staff and interest in intercultural work
- flexible, independent work
- enjoyment of communication
- ability and pleasure in responsibility
- initiative and willingness to work, ability to work in a team and to deal with conflicts
- comprehensive pedagogical knowledge (PYP, BBP, Montessori, Reggio, EYFS)
- Organizational skills
- Ability to continuously and comprehensively educate oneself (self-study and continuing education)
- confident appearance and linguistic fluency in the English and German language
