Berlin Cosmopolitan School music teacher at the Konzerthaus
19th December, 2013

Our music teacher and composer, Berthold Tuercke, composed music to some of the works of the German-Romanian recipient of the Nobel Prize in Literature, Herta Müller. In a unique performance at the Konzerthaus, Berthold Tuercke who was accompanied by the “modern art ensemble” didn’t want to miss the opportunity to declaim the text himself.

Being a music teacher at Berlin Cosmopolitan School, he gave our grade 8-10 students the opportunity to attend the dress rehearsal – what a great way to experience music lessons.

The concert “Die blassen Herren mit den Mokkatassen” was very well received. Congratulations Mr. Tuercke to this successful performance.
