Grade 2 (2016-17) – Creativity

For the Creativity unit, grade 2 looked at the dream inspired images of Marc Chagall, then created their own image that was divided into parts representing a human face, an animal head and the imagined dreams corresponding to each of the human and the animal. We also looked at various works by surrealist artists and using a cut up collage technique tried to create unusual human, animal and object combinations.
