Lunch for our students is freshly cooked onsite everyday by our own kitchen team and served between 12 and 2 pm. The meals chosen cover a wide variety of nutrients so that all food groups are sufficiently covered. The basis of the cooking are grains, vegetables and dairy. Meat and fish take a supplementary role.
In addition to the regular meal, there is a vegetarian meal offered upon request and students can help themselves from the salad bar. Every tasty meal is rich in essential vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates, essential fatty acids and protein.
The wholesome approach to cooking dictates the exclusive use of cold-pressed, non-refined oil, with a high degree of polyunsaturated fatty acids with fat-soluble vitamins. It goes without saying that no recipe includes refined sugar.
In the afternoons, all students can help themselves to a snack of freshly cut fruit and/or vegetables.
