Procedure & Requirements

Families interested in sending their children to BCS, should complete and send in the application form along with the progress reports/report cards of the previous two years as well as any other information that may be relevant to your child to

admissions(@)cosmopolitanschool.de.

Official deadline for applications for school year 2012/2013 is

November 1st 2011.

Upon receipt of the above documents and transfer of the application fee, a personal meeting with each family will be arranged and students will be placed on our waiting list. If possible, we will invite students for trial days. In January 2012, families will be informed about the status of admissions.

Please note, that for Primary School BCS requires an afternoon care voucher (Hortbescheid) until 6 pm. Contracts with BCS will only become valid once the voucher has been handed in. Our office staff will be glad to assist you in this matter.
